At Jaipur Artisans Elegance, we take pride in offering handcrafted products made with care by skilled artisans. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, you may request a return or replacement as per the policy below.
Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, labels, invoices, and accessories
- Not damaged due to customer handling or misuse
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Used, washed, altered, or damaged items
- Products without original packaging or invoice
- Clearance sale, final sale, or discounted items, unless specifically mentioned
- Jewellery or fashion accessories for hygiene reasons, unless defective or wrong item received
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Photos or video of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement, return, or refund depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Once your request is approved, we will share the return instructions. Please do not send the product back without approval.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or any other approved method after collecting the required details from the customer.
Replacement Policy
If the same product is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. If the product is out of stock, we may offer a refund or store credit.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, Jaipur Artisans Elegance will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for any other reason, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund or borne by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible, but you may request a return after delivery if the product is eligible under this policy.
